Group Classes

Group classes are a great way to connect with others, experience joy, feel inspired, and be a part of a supportive community.

The deeper purpose behind all of my group classes is to provide opportunity for growth, both in your practice and in your day to day life.  As one student says, 'you always drop a nugget of truth that seems to perfectly land just where I need it.'

Soulful Sunday Flow

Sundays, 9:00-10:30am

This 90 minute class is a special treat.  We warm up gently, and then move through fun and creative sequences.  Plenty of time at the end for juicy stretches and powerful centering practices to  clear out and find deep release. 

Group Class offerings

All classes are based in a vinyasa (flow) style of yoga, where we move through an inspiring sequence of postures, get present with our breathing, and bring our awareness into the now.
